What is AstroTurf?

No one really uses the term AstroTurf anymore to refer to synthetic grasses. That is unless, of course, they’re referring to the actual product, AstroTurf. AstroTurf isn’t a general term for Artificial grass.

What is fake grass?

Fake grass is a general term that was once popular to describe manufactured grass. But, like AstroTurf, this term has fallen out of favour and isn’t used very often in the synthetic grass industry.

So, there’s no need to use the term ‘fake grass’ to refer to modern grasses. Instead, we suggest calling it Artificial grass or synthetic turf, etc.
